time, you want to feel confident and secure with the family whom you will share your life with for one year.
CHI Au Pair USA maintains a strict and thorough screening and admissions procedure based on U.S. Department of State requirements. Our highly trained local field staff conducts two personal interviews with a family and verifies character references for a background check.
We look for a family who not only needs childcare, but a family who will treat the au pair as a family member and include her in family activities as much as possible. Our goal is to connect you with a supportive and safe family environment that reinforces intercultural sharing and exchange.
