ARE YOU READY? LET'S GO!
Are you ready for the challenges and rewards of living, studying and traveling in America? Begin the application process today by: Locating a CHI representative in your country. Complete our inquiry form and we will put you in touch with our friendly and knowledgeable partner representative in your home country. They will assist you with the application process.

Scheduling an interview and completing the application. Our partner representative will contact you and arrange an interview appointment to determine if you have the special qualities of being an au pair. When completing the application form, be sure to supply:
• High school graduation diploma or certification;
• A minimum of three character and childcare references;
• A letter to the family and cultural sharing essay;
• Proof of English language ability;
• Doctor's health verification;
• Proof of valid driver's license;
• Criminal background check;
• Photos that best represent your personality and manner.

Matching and placement. Once your application is verified and approved, our host families will be able to review your qualifications and background. If a family is interested, they will contact you, and both of you will have two telephone interview opportunities to discuss and determine if you are suitable for each other. When you and your new family are a confirmed placement, CHI Au Pair USA prepares the documentation for you to apply for your visa and arranges your flight to the U.S.!
